At Kindra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
